Call Oona's 24/7 Claims Assistance Hotline +632 8876.4400. Confirm policy information. Provide loss details. Schedule inspection and repair shop selection. Get the claim number.

2. DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

Submit documents through UpDocs.

3. LOA ISSUANCE (LETTER OF AUTHORITY)

Letter of Authority issuance on-site for < Php50,000 repair cost. Letter of Authority, Authorization Letter and Release of Claim sent via email. Schedule vehicle repair at an Oona-accredited shop.

4. CLAIM SETTLEMENT
